Penny received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Saint Michaels College in Winooski Vermont. She has been in the field of Human Service, working primarily with individuals with autism, since 1984. Over the years, Penny has held several administrative positions with her most recent position as Chief Officer of Program Development. Penny is on the Human Rights Committee and the Peer Review Committee for Amego. Penny completed a certificate program in Community Services Management through Suffolk University and the Massachusetts Council of Human Service Providers and received her certificate with honors.

Amanda has been working in the Amego Human Resources department since 2015. During her time here at Amego, she has been a consistent asset to staff across the agency. Prior to coming to Amego, Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Rhode Island College. She also worked in the Human Resources Department at a large pharmaceutical corporation. She holds several certifications in Human Resources and continues to be a life-long learner. Amanda is currently pursuing her law degree.

Under his leadership, Amego’s IT infrastructure—including enterprise systems, networks, servers, and virtualization platforms—has continued to evolve in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Chris works closely with departmental heads and IT teams to foster continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and champion forward-thinking technology initiatives.

Katherine is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Development at Amego. She provides her expertise and guidance in the marketing of Amego’s services, the development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships and community engagement, as well as social media marketing, market research, fundraising, and events.
Katherine has worked in the field of behavioral healthcare since 1997, serving individuals and families with mental illness, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Early in her career, Katherine marketed the national expansion of home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for military families. She has also marketed inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare, Crisis Prevention Training for direct support professionals, and has experience as a direct service clinician, providing in-home, clinic, and school-based ABA services to children and families.
Katherine received her B.A. from Southern Illinois University and her M.S. in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University.
